All across social media, patrons displayed tributes by local restaurants honoring the thirteen fallen service members lost in Afghanistan. 13 drinks, often accompanied by insignia, signs or other tribute items sat at tables dedicated to respecting the sacrifice of these soldiers.
It’s a meaningful demonstration of how local businesses can build community with heartfelt, simple displays that mean so much to the people who visit and see those displays online.
